That’s what everyone told me when we were rebuilding GIS Companies after our setback.

How wrong they were.

They don’t need another buyer offering pennies on the dollar.

They need a partner who can transform potential into profit.

Our niche? Creating win-win partnerships where:

→ We contribute the development expertise
→ Both parties share in the upside

This approach has allowed us to:

• Start new projects without massive capital requirements
• Create cash flow while we rebuild our core business
• Develop relationships that lead to multiple deals

Just last month, we signed agreements with two property owners.
One with a site in downtown Seattle, another with land in Idaho.

They’re financing the feasibility studies and preliminary design work while we bring the expertise to make their vision reality.

The industry “experts” said this model wouldn’t work.

But by focusing on solving real problems for landowners rather than following the conventional development playbook, we’ve found our path forward.

The biggest opportunities often exist in the gaps others overlook.
