You Want to Make $1,000,000 a Year?

Okay, let’s do some quick math.

The average American salary is $66,622.
To make a million, you’d need 16 jobs.
(Or just one job… with 16 of you.)

Even if you’re a high-earner making $200/hour, that’s 5,000 hours a year.
Which is 96 hours a week.
Which is basically two full-time jobs… forever.

Look, I’m all for hard work. But at some point, you need your money to work harder than you are.

I chose real estate because it pays me every month—even if I decide to spend the week doing absolutely nothing.

You don’t have to choose real estate.
But if your entire income stops the second you do… that’s a problem.

Because no one has ever said on their deathbed:
“Damn, I really wish I spent more time stuck in Zoom meetings..”
